All tour packages booked through Travel Deals are subject to cancellation charges as mentioned below. These charges are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, season, hotel, airline, and service providers involved.

Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date the cancellation request is received in writing (via email or WhatsApp) by Travel Deals during working hours.

In case of cancellation of a tour package:

Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: Minimal charges or service fee may apply.

Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 25%–50% of the total package cost may be charged.

Cancellation 7–14 days before departure: 50%–75% of the total package cost may be charged.

Cancellation less than 7 days before departure or No-Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
