Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date the cancellation request is received in writing (via email or WhatsApp) by Travel Deals during working hours.
In case of cancellation of a tour package:
Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: Minimal charges or service fee may apply.
Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 25%–50% of the total package cost may be charged.
Cancellation 7–14 days before departure: 50%–75% of the total package cost may be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days before departure or No-Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
Air tickets are governed strictly by the respective airline’s cancellation and refund policy. Travel Deals has no control over airline rules, fare conditions, or refund timelines.
Hotel bookings, transport services, sightseeing, visas, cruise, ferry tickets, and other services are subject to the individual cancellation policies of the respective service providers and may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
In case of group tours, special promotional packages, peak season bookings, festive departures, or customized itineraries, cancellation charges may differ and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, bank charges, and service fees and will be credited within 7–21 working days, depending on suppliers and banks.
No refund will be provided for unused services, early check-outs, or partially utilized tour components.
Any amendments, postponements, or changes in travel dates will be treated as a cancellation and re-booking unless otherwise specified.
